DiMaggio/Mantle photo – This is a 11 x 14 photo of Joe DiMaggio and Mickey Mantle. This picture was taken in 1951 during the World Series. This is when Mickey stepped into the drain hole in the outfield, and tore up his knee. This injury would have an effect on the rest of Mickey’s career.
